Terobosan Baru: Dishub Jemput Bola Untuk Melayani Uji Kelayakan Kendaraan Bermotor di Botim

Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bogor melakukan terobosan baru dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat khususnya bagi yang ingin melakukan Uji Kelayakan Kendaraan Bermotor bagi kendaraan wajib uji atau lebih dikenal dengan Uji KIR (Klaim Inspeksi dan Rekomendasi).
Uji KIR adalah serangkaian kegiatan pemeriksaan dan pengujian pada kendaraan untuk memastikan memenuhi persyaratan teknis dan laik jalan. Proses ini melibatkan pengecekan berbagai komponen kendaraan seperti rem, lampu, kemudi, dan kondisi umum kendaraan.
Uji KIR untuk wilayah Bogor Timur sementara waktu akan dilaksanakan di Terminal Cileungsi setiap hari Kamis dan sudah dimulai sejak tanggal awal bulan Mei 2025 dengan fasilitas mobile.
Kepala Sub Seksi KIR di Dishub Kabupaten Bogor adalah Deni Setiawan. Ia juga menjabat sebagai Kepala Seksi Uji Berkala Kendaraan Bermotor yang diwawancari awak media di lapangan mempersilahkan masyarakat yang ingin Uji KIR datang dengan membawa: Fotocpy KTP, Fotocopy STNK, Kartu/Sertifikat KIR dan Kendaraan dalam keadaan standar serta layak.
“Kami akan membantu untuk lulus Uji KIR, kalau ada yang tidak lulus diberi waktu untuk memperbaiki terlebih dahulu,” jelas Deni.
Pengujian KIR dengan layanan mobile ini untuk sementara hanya untuk kendaraan kecil dan sedang, sedangkan kendaraan besar tetap di Pengujian KIR Sukaraja.
“Untuk alat pengujian rem angin belum bisa dilaksanakan secara mobile, alatnya masih di Uji KIR Sukaraja,” jelas Deni.
Terobosan ini mendapat antusias warga, dari target awal 20 kendaraan, minggu pertama ada 5 kendaraan dan minggu kedua 11 kendaraan. Ke depan idealnya memang ada tempat Uji KIR di Bogor bagian Timur, agar tidak terlalu jauh ke Sukaraja.
Pemerhati Lingkungan Bohman Silaen mengapresiasi langkah yang ditempuh Dishub Kabupaten Bogor karena selain menghemat biaya dan waktu, juga membawa dampak penurunan polusi dan kepadatan lalu lintas di jalan termasuk uji coba bus listrik.
“Semoga mendapatkan dukungan dan fasilitas dari Bupati Bogor dan Kementerian Perhubungan khususnya pengadaan lahan tempat Pengujian KIR,” tambah Silaen.
