Revitalisasi SDN 1 Ciparasi Diduga Gunakan Material Tak Sesuai Spesifikasi, Publik Pertanyakan Kualitas Pembangunan

Pembangunan proyek revitalisasi gedung SDN 1 Ciparasi, Desa Ciparasi, Kecamatan Sobang, Kabupaten Lebak, kini menjadi bahan perbincangan hangat di tengah masyarakat. Pasalnya, proyek yang bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) tersebut diduga tidak dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan teknis.
Berdasarkan pantauan langsung di lapangan pada Rabu, 5 November 2025 , ditemukan bahwa separuh pondasi bangunan justru menggunakan bata merah sebagai bahan utama.
Padahal, secara teknis konstruksi, terutama untuk bangunan pendidikan yang membutuhkan kekuatan dan ketahanan jangka panjang, seharusnya pondasi menggunakan batu belah.
Temuan itu sontak menimbulkan kekhawatiran dan kritik dari masyarakat serta pemerhati pembangunan di wilayah setempat. Mereka menilai, penggunaan material yang tidak sesuai spesifikasi bukan hanya soal kelalaian, tetapi mencerminkan lemahnya pengawasan terhadap proyek pemerintah.
“Kalau pondasinya pakai bata, jelas tidak kuat untuk jangka panjang. Apalagi ini bangunan sekolah yang nantinya dipakai anak-anak setiap hari,” ujar salah seorang warga yang enggan disebutkan namanya.
Kekhawatiran publik ini bukan tanpa alasan. Dalam konteks pembangunan fasilitas pendidikan, kualitas konstruksi adalah hal mutlak. Sebab, bangunan sekolah bukan sekadar gedung fisik, melainkan tempat berlangsungnya proses belajar yang menyangkut keselamatan generasi penerus bangsa.
Namun ironisnya, hingga berita ini diturunkan, tidak ada kejelasan sikap dari pihak pelaksana proyek maupun dari Dinas Pendidikan dan instansi teknis lainnya.
Saat tim media mencoba melakukan konfirmasi kepala sekolah, Sofiah, melalui via WhatsApp justru tidak memberikan tanggapan soeolah menghindar dan enggan memberikan tanggapan.
Ketiadaan klarifikasi ini semakin memperkuat dugaan publik bahwa ada sesuatu yang tidak beres dalam pelaksanaan proyek tersebut.
Masyarakat berharap instansi terkait segera turun tangan, melakukan evaluasi dan audit lapangan, agar proyek revitalisasi benar-benar berjalan sesuai ketentuan dan tidak sekadar formalitas seremonial pembangunan.
Opini publik pun kian menguat bahwa proyek-proyek pendidikan seperti ini seringkali kehilangan esensinya bukan lagi tentang kualitas dan keselamatan, tetapi hanya sebatas menyerap anggaran.
Jika dugaan ini benar, maka sangat disayangkan, karena anak-anaklah yang pada akhirnya menjadi korban dari pembangunan yang tidak berpihak pada mutu dan keselamatan.
Masyarakat menegaskan, ketegasan pemerintah daerah dan lembaga pengawas menjadi kunci untuk mengembalikan kepercayaan publik, agar program revitalisasi benar-benar menjadi simbol kemajuan, bukan sekadar catatan proyek di atas kertas.
