Camat Gunung Sindur Hadiri Launching Pelestarian Hutan Kota di Desa Jampang

Dalam upaya mendukung pelestarian lingkungan dan menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem, Camat Gunung Sindur, Kabupaten Bogor, Muhamad Jamaludin, S.IP., M.Si., menghadiri kegiatan launching pelestarian hutan kota yang dirangkaikan dengan penanaman bibit pohon di Desa Jampang, Kecamatan Gunung Sindur.
Kegiatan yang berlangsung di lahan milik Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bogor tersebut dihadiri oleh sejumlah pejabat dan unsur terkait, di antaranya Kepala Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Bogor Yudi Santosa, unsur Forkopimcam, Kepala Desa Jampang, jajaran APDESI Kecamatan, serta para tokoh masyarakat setempat.
Dalam sambutannya, Camat Gunung Sindur menegaskan pentingnya menjaga dan melestarikan hutan kota sebagai bagian dari komitmen bersama dalam menghadapi tantangan lingkungan, seperti perubahan iklim dan berkurangnya ruang terbuka hijau.
Ia juga mengajak masyarakat untuk tidak hanya terlibat dalam kegiatan seremonial penanaman pohon, tetapi turut menjaga dan merawatnya secara berkelanjutan.
“Pelestarian hutan kota bukan hanya tanggung jawab pemerintah, tetapi juga seluruh elemen masyarakat. Edukasi dan kesadaran bersama menjadi kunci agar lingkungan di Gunung Sindur tetap lestari,” ujar Muhamad Jamaludin.
Selain kegiatan penanaman bibit pohon, acara tersebut juga diisi dengan edukasi lingkungan kepada warga mengenai pentingnya menjaga hutan dan pepohonan.
Kegiatan kemudian ditutup dengan makan bersama seluruh tamu undangan sebagai bentuk kebersamaan dan sinergi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat.
Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan pelestarian hutan kota di Desa Jampang dapat menjadi contoh nyata dalam menjaga lingkungan hidup sekaligus meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya ruang hijau di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor.
