Australia Defence Cooperation Program Timor Leste dibawah naungan Kedutaan Australia dan Timor Leste mengikuti kegiatan Public Training di Hotel Amaris La Condefin mulai Senin 25 Mei 2025 sampai 27 Mei 2025, pukul 08.30 WIB – 15.00 WIB di Jakarta.
SPECTRA sebagai provider event organizer yang unggul, terkemuka yang menjadi pusat proses pengembangan kemampuan peserta menjadi insan yang professional dan handal serta mampu menghadapi tantangan zaman telah dipercaya menyelenggarakan pelatihan.
Adapun Materi pelatihan, Trainer dan Peserta yang mengikutinya adalah:
(1) Certified Human Resources Management Professional, Trainer Fahrulrazi dengan peserta Carlito Da Cruz,
(2) Leadership for Supervisors and Managers, Trainer Bohman Jonathan Silaen, dengan peserta Marfim Lopes Do Ceu, dan
(3) Developing Teaching Materials Tailored For Specific Learning Purposes, Trainer Didi Kurniadinata, dengan peserta Maria Isabel Amaral.
Penyajian materi secara interaktif dengan diskusi terbuka membuat trainer dan peserta dapat memaksimalkan penyampaian materi yang disajikan.
Fasilitator Lina dan Alviya juga tampak keluar masuk ruangan mengkoordinasikan waktu pelaksanaan sambil memastikan seluruh sarana dan prasana tersedia dan berjalan dengan baik.
Menurut Koordinator/ Personal In Charge (PIC) Carlito Da Cruz, kegiatan pelatihan ini ke depan akan dilaksanakan lagi tahun depan. Para peserta sangat puas dengan jalannya dan penyajian pelatihan. “Bagus,” tutur Matfim Lopez Do Ceu singkat sambil mengacungkan jempol.
Suasana akrab lebih terjadi, ketika pada akhir kegiatan seluruh fasilitator dan trainer mendapat kehormatan mengalungkan Kain Timor Leste. Maria Isabel Amaral yang memberi pengantar pengalungan kain menyatakan:
“Pengalungan kain khas Timor Leste ini sebagai wujud penghargaan dan lambang kekeluargaan, bagi tamu yang datang atau lainnya. Tradisi Timor Leste (dahulu Timor Timur, Red) tetap terpelihara.” jelas Maria.
