Hal ini terlihat di Jl. Pangkalan 9 ( Simpang Jl. KW arah PT. Lasallefood Indonesia Food, Cileungsi Plant) di Desa Pasirangin Kecamatan Cileungsi Kabupaten Bogor tampak puluhan kantong sampah yang sengaja dibuang orang sambil melintas.
Selain merusak pemandangan, warga juga mengeluhkan bau yang mulai tercium dari jarak puluhan meter dari lokasi sampai.
Kondisi ini menuntut adanya tindakan segera dan terencana untuk mengatasi masalah sampah di Kabupaten Bogor, baik dari pemerintah daerah, pemerintah desa maupun masyarakat.
Untuk mengatasi pembuangan sampah sembarangan, warga berharap ada langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil antara lain meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat, menyediakan fasilitas sampah yang memadai, menegakkan hukum, melakukan pengelolaan sampah terpadu, dan melibatkan masyarakat dalam gotong royong, kesemuanya proaktif dimotori oleh Pemdes melalui RT-RW.
