Dugaan Ketidaksesuaian Anggaran Pemeliharaan di SDN 1 Cipedang, Kepala Sekolah Bingung: “Tidak Sampai Segitu”

Anggaran pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana di SDN 1 Cipedang, Desa Cipedang, Kecamatan Wanasalam, Kabupaten Lebak, Banten, pada tahap 1 dan 2, tahun anggaran 2024 memunculkan tanda tanya besar. Dalam data yang dihimpun, tercatat dua kali pengucuran anggaran untuk pos yang sama: sebesar Rp 21.916.000 dan Rp 68.468.500, sehingga total menyentuh angka hampir Rp 90 juta.
Namun, fakta di lapangan justru berbicara lain.
Saat dikonfirmasi oleh awak media, Kepala Sekolah bersama operator sekolah dengan tegas menyatakan bahwa anggaran pemeliharaan yang mereka kelola “tidak pernah sampai sebesar itu.” Bahkan, menurut mereka, dalam setahun pun tidak pernah ada pemeliharaan dengan nilai mencapai Rp 50 juta, apalagi nyaris dua kali lipat.
Pernyataan ini tentu mengundang pertanyaan besar: ke mana arah aliran dana tersebut? Apakah ada kekeliruan administratif, atau ada indikasi lain yang perlu ditelusuri lebih dalam?
Lebih mencengangkan lagi, saat awak media mencoba menggali lebih jauh mengenai rincian penggunaan dana tersebut, pihak sekolah tampak tidak memiliki jawaban yang jelas.
Kepala sekolah hanya menggeleng dan menegaskan kembali bahwa dirinya tidak merasa pernah menerima dana sebesar itu dalam satu tahun anggaran untuk pemeliharaan.
Situasi ini menimbulkan kekhawatiran akan adanya ketidakterbukaan dan potensi penyimpangan dalam pengelolaan dana pendidikan. Transparansi anggaran seharusnya menjadi hal mutlak, terlebih dana yang dimaksud berasal dari uang negara yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.
Sudah saatnya pemerintah daerah dan instansi terkait melakukan audit serta klarifikasi terbuka, agar tidak terjadi pembiaran yang justru merugikan dunia pendidikan, khususnya di daerah-daerah yang sangat membutuhkan pembangunan infrastruktur pendidikan seperti di Kecamatan Wanasalam ini.
